Super Radio Network Owners Step Down from Board

Super Radio Network has entered a new chapter, with owners George Caralis and Despina Priala stepping down as Non-Executive Directors. Former Commercial Radio & Audio CEO Joan Warner will now serve as Sole Director.

For the Caralis family, however, the connection to the network goes far beyond a board position.

“As Bill and Pam Caralis’s son, I will always be proud of what Mum and Dad built and the people who helped them along the way. My interest in the network’s future and their legacy extends well beyond a board position.

I remain proud of our stations, their people and the communities they serve. Regional radio has always been a big part of my family’s life, and it will continue to be a big part of mine.”

It is a significant moment for a network with a remarkable family history, but the Caralis family’s connection to regional radio clearly continues.
